Firstly, thank you very much for choosing Topband's series of products. We promise the following warranty services.
 
Warranty:
The warranty is limited to the first buyer or designated brand dealers in Europe, North America, Japan, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and the mainland of China. For other regions, please contact your sales representative or email to service@topband.com.cn
 
Product warranty period:
In compliance with local laws and reasonable and normal use, if a valid E-bike purchasing invoice is not provided, the warranty period is 27 months from the manufacture date; if a valid car purchasing invoice can be provided, the warranty period is 24 months from the issuance date of invoice. 
The warranty cannot be transferred to a third party. Other situations shall be handled in accordance with the agreement between the two parties.
 
Warranty exclusion clauses:
1. The product is modified, retrofited or repaired without authorization;
2. Used for commercial activities including but not limited to leasing, sublease, and competition;
3. The damage caused by the following reasons: including but not limited to accident, negligence, improper transportation, improper storage or other abnormal use;
4. Accidental damage caused during transportation;
5. Damage caused by unreasonable user configuration or unauthorized modification of related accessory parameters;
6. Damage caused by force majeure;
7. The damaged parts were purchased by Topband in accordance with the buyer's requirements;
